Slide your mouse over the Red, Green, and Blue color grads. Clicking in a color grad will lock that channel, clicking again will unlock it. The current color value is displayed in the box below that slider. The background or text color will change as you go. The values of the current color are calculated, then formatted to both hex and RGB 'HTML friendly', and stuffed into it's own text box. Copy the hex value right out of the text box, paste it anywhere an HTML 'color=' attribute might go. Click 'info' at bottom of page for (much) more details.
